What is corporate maintenance
Corporate maintenance means the obligations that a corporation must perform regularly during its existence in order to comply with the law.
There are two general obligations for a corporation. First, the corporation must prepare documents related to its business decisions and activities. These are known as annual minutes or corporate resolutions. Second, a corporation must regularly file government forms and reports to keep the corporation’s information up-to-date on the government registry.
