? Why write a Notary Will

In Quebec, there are three types of Wills. It is possible to write a holographic will, a will before witnesses (with or without a lawyer) or a Notary Will. Legally, the notary will has the highest legal security as it does not need to be probated by a court after death.

Consequently, the Notary Will is a superior legal document. Read More about Wills in Quebec.
