Therefore, it is possible to proceed with the signing of an notarized Power of Attorney online through the use of secure technologies that are designed to assure the integrity, legal reliability and longevity of the document.
? Does the electronic Power of Attorney have the same legal value as the paper version
YES. Legally, the electronic Power of Attorney is considered authentic and has the same value as if you signed it physically in front of the notary.

The standard process for the Power of Attorney has not changed with the exception of the reception of the signature.
We will proceed with two meetings. The first by phone or video to talk and discuss your Power of Attorney. The second meeting we will review the document together and sign electronically.
